TERMS OF SERVICE: Commission Terms

Please read the terms before ordering a commission.

Additional Info

I will send you updates about the commission at the sketch stage of the process for you to make changes or adjustments as needed before finalizing.

All commissions are drawn and rendered in my style.

Solid color/minimal detail backgrounds are free. 

Other backgrounds and additional props may cost extra depending on complexity.

Please send as many references as possible. Preferably visual. 

All commissions will have my watermark.
I will send you a JPEG of the commission once it is done. (PNG can be requested)

What I will NOT draw:

NSFW or suggestive themes

Furries

Heavy Gore

Mecha

I reserve the right to decline your commission for any reason.

Commission slots are first come first served.

All payment is through PayPal or Zelle. Payment is up front before I start the commission.​​​​​​​

Any changes requested after the coloring will cost extra.

These commissions are for personal use ONLY. You can use as profile pictures, icons, social media banners, repost, and print and frame. 

Commissions CANNOT be used for Commercial use. (as logos, on products, or be resold)​​​​​​​

Commissions can take up to a month to complete depending on my schedule.

Your commission will be emailed to you once completed.

Commissions are non-refundable. 

Commissions are not allowed to be used for, or sold as NFTs OR AI. 

By ordering a commission from me, you are agreeing to my terms and services.

I am allowed to take legal action if a commission is being used for anything other than the initial agreement.

COMMISSIONS: WILL ALL BE CONDUCTED VIA EMAIL ONLY.

ALL EMAILS WILL BE RESPONDED TO IN 1-2 BUSINESS DAYS.
